Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: DPS online check out do not calculate the International shipping rates, so please check with us before placing order.

Q: Do you accept Credit Card? Currently we only receive the payments, COD (Cash on delivery), and by paypal. We do not have facility to accept credit cards for time being. 

Q:Do you ship items Internationally? There are some countries we do not ship our products, so please check with us before you confirm any order and ask if we can ship to your destination.
